Refund and Shipping policy

Refund Policy 

Although we know you're going to LOVE any items you purchase, exchange and store credit are welcome, all sales are final, no cash refunds at this time. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit. 

To be eligible for a exchange/store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start am exchange/store credit, you can contact us at karioca.girl@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a form, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange/store credit will not be accepted.

Please note, Karioca Girl is not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen through mail transit, we advise you to keep proof of  returning and track number.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically issued a store credit to your Karioca Girl account. 

 

Shipping Policy 

Orders are processed seven days a week and shipped on all business days.

Our processing time is 1-2 days, we always do our best to ship out all orders the day it was placed or the following business days. 

At this time all orders are shipped via USPS, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and then is count down time !!!
